Which porta potty should you rent?
Rent a standard porta potty for job sites and most backyard parties. Choose a deluxe flushing unit when guests expect a sink. Add a wheelchair-accessible unit for any public event. Book a restroom trailer for weddings, but only if the site has level ground, a garden hose and a 110-volt outlet.
| Unit | Best for | Flushing | Hand washing | Wheelchair access | Needs water or power | Space needed | Wrong choice when |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | Job sites, backyard parties, long-term use | No | Sanitizer dispenser | No | No | About 4 x 4 ft, level | Guests expect a sink, or a guest uses a wheelchair |
| Deluxe flushing | Parties, church events, office overflow | Foot pump | Sink inside | No | No | About 4 x 4 ft, level | Heavy-use crews (it holds less fresh water) |
| Wheelchair-accessible | Public events, parks, any crew that needs it | No | Sanitizer dispenser | Yes, ground-level entry | No | About 7.5 x 7.5 ft, flat and firm | The ground is a slope or loose gravel |
| Hand wash station | Food service, crews, kids' events | Not a toilet | Two basins, foot pumps | Reachable basin height | No | About 3 x 2 ft | You expect it to replace a toilet |
| Restroom trailer | Weddings, VIP areas, long events | Real flush toilets | Sinks with running water | Ask for the accessible model | Garden hose and a 110V 20-amp outlet | About 10 x 20 ft plus truck access | Ground is not level or no power is near |

What comes with every Chattanooga rental?
Every porta potty rental in Chattanooga comes with delivery, setup on level ground, toilet paper, hand sanitizer and pickup. Long-term units also get a weekly service visit. The quote shows each charge on its own line before you pay anything.
- Placement where you want it. Mark the spot, and the driver levels the unit and faces the door the way you ask.
- Weekly service on jobs. Pump-out, scrub, fresh deodorizer, paper and sanitizer refill. A service tag inside the door shows the date.
- No surprise lines. No fuel surcharge, no card fee and no removal fee added at the end.
- A lock if you need one. Ask for a hasp so you can keep the public out of a crew unit.
- Swaps when something breaks. Damaged or tipped unit? Call, and we replace it, usually the same day.

Who rents porta potties from us?
Most of our Chattanooga rentals go to builders and roofers, families hosting backyard parties, churches and schools, and homeowners in the middle of a remodel or a septic repair. Each group needs different service, placement and timing, so each one has its own page.
How does renting a porta potty work?
Renting a porta potty takes one phone call of about 5 minutes. Give us the address, dates, headcount and where the unit should sit. We confirm a price, deliver on the agreed day, service it if the rental is long-term, and pick it up when you call.
- Call or send a quote request. Have the site address, start date and number of people ready.
- Get one itemized price. You see the unit, delivery, pickup, servicing and tax before you pay.
- We deliver and set it level. The driver calls about 30 minutes out. You do not have to be there.
- We service it and pick it up. Long-term units are cleaned weekly. Call when you are done, and billing stops that day.

A Chattanooga detail that matters: the city gets about 52 inches of rain a year, more than Seattle. On red-clay lots, we set units on gravel, plywood or pavement so the truck can reach them for service after a storm. Tell us if the site floods or the drive is dirt.
Who is Roger Rental Works?
Roger Rental Works is a locally owned porta potty rental company in Chattanooga, run by Roger. We keep our units at our yard on Tag Road, drive our own service trucks and answer our own phone. The person who quotes your job is the same person who puts it on a route.
That matters when plans change. If your concrete pour moves or your party gets rained out, one call reaches someone who can move the truck. Read more about how we run things.

Chattanooga porta potty rental questions
How much does it cost to rent a porta potty in Chattanooga?
A standard porta potty for a weekend event in Chattanooga usually runs $165 to $225, with delivery and pickup included inside our core area. A standard unit on a construction site runs $145 to $195 per 28-day cycle, with weekly cleaning included.
Deluxe flushing units, wheelchair-accessible units and restroom trailers cost more. Your quote lists the unit, delivery, pickup, servicing and tax as separate lines. See the full porta potty cost guide.
Can you deliver a porta potty today?
Same-day delivery is available when you call by 12 PM on a weekday. A same-day fee of $50 to $95 applies, depending on how far the site is from our yard. After noon, the unit goes out first thing the next morning.
The same-day porta potty rental page explains what to have ready so the driver can drop it fast.
Does the price include delivery and pickup?
Delivery and pickup are included for sites in Chattanooga, all of Hamilton County, Cleveland, and the Georgia line towns of Rossville, Fort Oglethorpe and Ringgold. Farther sites, such as Jasper or Trenton, add one flat trip fee that we tell you before you book.
We do not add fuel surcharges, card fees or a separate removal fee at the end.
My party is on Saturday. Why would you drop it off on Friday?
Weekend event units go out on Friday and come back on Monday, and that is included in the event price. Friday delivery means the unit is already in place before your first guest shows up, even if the morning gets busy.
Need it Saturday morning instead? Ask when you call. A Saturday drop is possible on many weekends.
How often do you clean a porta potty on a construction site?
Construction and long-term units get serviced once a week, and that visit is included. The driver pumps the tank, cleans the seat, walls and floor, adds fresh blue deodorizer, and restocks toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
Big crews and summer heat can call for a second weekly visit. Extra visits run $45 to $65 per unit.
Do I need to be there when the porta potty is delivered?
You do not need to be on site. Tell us where you want the unit, or mark the spot with a cone or ribbon. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arriving. If a gate is locked, text the code to the number you called.
Am I talking to a local company or a call center?
You are talking to Roger Rental Works, a local company owned by Roger. Our yard is at 3794 Tag Rd in Chattanooga. The people who answer the phone also schedule the trucks. We do not hand your order to another hauler.
Can a porta potty fit through my backyard gate?
A standard porta potty is about 44 inches wide, so a gate at least 48 inches wide works. We can roll a unit about 50 feet from the truck over firm, fairly level ground. A wheelchair-accessible unit is much wider and usually goes in the driveway or the yard by the street.
Do you rent handicap accessible porta potties?
We rent wheelchair-accessible units with a ground-level floor, a wide door, grab bars and room inside to turn around. For a public event, plan at least 1 accessible unit in each group of toilets. See the wheelchair-accessible unit page for sizes and the rule we follow.
How do I end the rental and stop billing?
Call or text us when the job is done. We schedule pickup, usually within 1 to 2 business days, and billing stops on the day you call. Event rentals end on their own, since we already know your pickup date.
How do you get a porta potty quote?
Call (423) 220-8808 for the fastest quote, usually in under 5 minutes. Prefer to type? Send the form with your ZIP code, dates, unit type and headcount. We call you back within 30 minutes during business hours with one itemized price.
Mon–Fri 7 AM–6 PM, Sat 8 AM–2 PM. Order by 12 PM on a weekday for same-day delivery.
