What we collect
When you send our quote form, we collect the delivery ZIP code, phone number, rental dates, unit type, quantity and headcount you type in. When you call, we note your name, phone number, site address and rental details so we can deliver.
How the form is sent
Our quote form is delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Web3Forms handles the submission only to pass it to us. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your details to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic analytics to count visits and clicks on our phone number and quote buttons. These tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser and the site still works.
How long we keep it
We keep rental and billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Quote requests that never become rentals are deleted within 12 months.
